Food Posse Drivers

The Food Bank often gets calls during the holiday season from businesses and individuals who have done a food drive resulting in 2 to 4 boxes of food. Our truck drivers are swamped picking up the food from hundreds of extra food drives during this season. Yet this food is very important and the effort that went behind collecting it is much appreciated.

Volunteers are needed to pick up food from the smaller food drives using their own vehicles.

Flexible, on-call assignment. Food can be picked up Monday through Saturday during the day or evenings.

You choose the area you are willing to pick up from and the days and times you are willing to help.

Driver’s use their own vehicles.

If interested in this opportunity, contact Irma Leyendecker at 602-343-3129 or via Email

Clerical help

There is a need for volunteers to provide administrative/clerical support, answer the phones, assist with data entry, etc. Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Flexible 2- to 4-hour shifts.
