Feinstein Foundation Million Dollar Challenge takes place again this March and April

For the 17th year, the Feinstein Foundation is challenging anti-hunger agencies nationwide, including St. Mary’s Food Bank, to raise as many funds and secure as many food donations as possible with their annual $1 Million Giveaway to Fight Hunger. Alan Shawn Feinstein, founder of the Feinstein Foundation, will divide one million dollars proportionately among all of the agencies participating in this challenge.

It’s simple to take part in this challenge. Every dollar and every pound of food (tallied at $1.00 per pound) contributed to the Food Bank from March 1 until April 30 increases our share of these challenge funds.

How can you help? Make a donation, host a food drive or drop off your non-perishable food donation at our Phoenix, Surprise or Flagstaff locations. Every dollar and every pound of food counts!

Founded in 1991 by Alan Shawn Feinstein, the Feinstein Foundation is dedicated to the alleviation of hunger, the importance of community service in education and the values of caring, compassion and brotherhood.
