The Hunger 101 High School Program provides a flexible multi-session curriculum correlated with the AIMS’ guidelines. The activities include a comprehensive look at food insecurity, hunger, and poverty with a simulated experience of living with poverty and hunger. The program offers interactive sessions providing an exploration of food insecurity, hunger, and poverty issues in Arizona.
The High School Program offers information and alternative solutions to hunger issues while encouraging students to explore issues and suggest possible alternative ways they might help fight hunger, health challenges, and poverty.
