Steve and Linda come to St. Mary’s to help their family stretch a meager food budget. But for their son, Jason, St. Mary’s is a place of worth and work.
“Most people think he’s about 16, but he’s 27,” Linda says of Jason, who is intellectually disabled. “They say he’s a good worker,” Steve adds. “He’s very personable. He likes to talk. He’s just like his dad. That’s one trait he got. He’s got a heart as big as the world.”
